Wireless Retail Store Manager – Bilingual Spanish

Location: Des Moines, IA

Compensation: Up to $25.00 per hour or more including base hourly rate, bonuses, and sales incentives plus amazing employee benefits and perks.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager for Saif Communications you are responsible for the sales and operational performance of your assigned Metro by T-Mobile location(s), while complying with governmental and company policies and procedures to achieve company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing retail environments, is passionate about leading, coaching, and inspiring others, understands how to do outbound activities to drive customers into your location(s), and is driven by goals and accomplishments.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Saif Communications, you will be:

Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team of Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Sales Associates.
Meeting or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators each month.
Coaching/mentoring your team every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience each time.
Ensuring your assigned location is operating under the specific guidelines of both Metro by T-Mobile and Saif Communications.
Ensuring all promotional role outs, inventory procedures or other duties and tasks assigned by Saif Communications leadership is executed timely and correctly.
Organizing, overseeing and participating in marketing efforts, both inside and outside of the retail location in order to facilitate positive brand recognition, maintain current customer satisfaction as well as to establish new customers; this may include: posting and interacting on various social media platforms, outbound calling, distributing and explaining company literature, posting signage outside of retail location, coordinating team participation in community events, suggesting unique marketing strategies to upper management in accordance with governmental and company policies and procedures.
Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Traveling to other stores in your districted as needs of the businesses dictates.
Transferring and balancing inventory with nearby locations.
Handling nightly bank deposits and audits.
Providing detailed reporting when necessary to upper management regarding situations in which unsafe, unlawful, or unethical operational or behavioral situations are currently or potentially occurring.

At Saif Communications we require our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associates candidates have the following skills and experience:

1 years of experience in a similar management role in a retail environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or other wireless business where you managed a team of people.
Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire the employees and people around you.
2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
Spanish Bilingual is preferred.
Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be self-motivated and goal oriented
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Team Player mentality! Always willing to help your teammates.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as well as on-call is required.
Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
