Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and assisting with various tasks to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service
- Provide accurate wait times to guests during busy periods
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/host station and waiting area
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of food service or hospitality industry is beneficial
