Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate sports events by receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming event details.
• Interact with clients via phone and email to assist with event inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
• Provide personalized event planning advice and recommendations to enhance the client experience.
• Collect payment information, process bookings, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
• Promote additional services, such as VIP packages, special seating arrangements, and catering options, to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
• Assist clients with general inquiries, directions, and information about event venues and local attractions.
• Address and resolve client issues or concerns related to events, billing, or service quality.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure a seamless event experience for clients.
