Saint Agnes Medical Center is looking for a new Manager (RN) for the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit in the Valley of Fresno, CA.

Location: 1303 E Herndon Ave. Fresno, CA 93720

Pay:

• Starting $64.55/hour, increases based on experience.

Schedule:

• Typically M-F, days
• 24 hour accountability

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, this position has 24 hour accountability for managing all aspects of patient care in L&D, coordinating the level of care with identified patient needs, providing clinical and material support to staff, and ensuring continual quality improvement and fiscal accountability.

Must Haves:

• License: CA RN License
• Certifications: AHA CPR, C-EFM, FMC, NRP, ACLS (some may be obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is required. Two years of management experience is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (or 3 years of Nursing Leadership may substitute)
