DescriptionSaint Alphonsus Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) to support our Main Operating Room in beautiful Baker City, Oregon. This full-time position will come with a great work life balance; you will work 12-hour shifts on a three-day work week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) coverage.
Our ideal candidate has the knowledge and skills to care for patients of all ages while communicating effectively with surgical teams and supervisory staff. They will have the ability to anticipate and prioritize surgeon needs, as well as independently manage instrument, sponge, and sharp counts for all procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the NBSTSA required.
- Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network required.
- One year of scrub experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
