Saint Anne Communities is seeking a Nurse Scheduler to join our team! We are a long-term care facility who is faith centered and family focused. We are committed to providing exceptional and quality care to our residents. Saint Anne is seeking a Nurse Scheduler to adhere to all of our staffing needs. Job Duties:

• Ensure that the schedule is accurate, effective and reflects Nursing needs throughout the building
• Create and obtain weekly staff schedules for the entire nursing facility
• Works closely with Nurse Management and Human Resources
• Monitor staffing discrepancies, patterns and trends for reporting
• Communicate effectively and timely regarding individuals schedules, master schedule, down-staffing, pick-up of shifts, and any requests for changes
• Actively engage in the onboarding of new staff and make sure they are welcomed appropriately to the team
• Ability to communicate orally, electronically and in writing effectively to your team members

Job Qualifications:

• At least two years' experience in scheduling, preferably in a long-term care facility
• High School Degree required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
