Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer performs ultrasound studies for various age groups of patients.
- Provides technical support for the Radiologist and assists in the care, comfort and safety of patients.
- Prepares accumulated data from the exams for interpretation by the Radiologist. Provide accurate documentation of OB data, prepare reports and release appropriately.
- Assist with the development of new exams, implement changes to present exams to enhance quality of patient care and delivery of services.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.
- Must be motivated to learn new skills and use them independently.
- Must be able to demonstrate skills and problem solves.
