Job Responsibilities
- Ensure vault and teller cash limits are within established guidelines.
- Balance vault cash, prepare incoming and outgoing cash shipments, as necessary.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and wire transfers.
- Assist customers with opening, closing, and maintaining accounts.
- Refer other bank products and services across divisional lines.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and problems in a courteous and professional manner.
- Demonstrate knowledge of other banking areas.
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities.
- High School graduate and one to three years banking experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Supervisory experience preferred
- General office conditions
- Must be able to work effectively at a computer for extended periods of time
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Regular attendance is necessary
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service men and women.
