Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Chief of HR Compliance and/or Director of Employee Relations, this position will oversee the intake, analysis, and investigation of employee complaints. Additionally, this position will supervise an HR Investigator. The HR Investigator will conduct thorough investigations and analyze employment-related complaints arising from internal procedures. Additionally, this role will provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors while advancing the labor and employee relations component of the SLPS Human Resources Department. The HR Investigator will ensure that all complaints are handled efficiently and in accordance with district policies, promoting a fair and respectful workplace.
