Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:Crittenton Children's Center is the Kansas City area's premier provider of psychiatric care for children, adolescents and their families. It is located on a picturesque, 96-acre campus in south Kansas City (near Longview Lake) providing serenity, beauty and privacy to assist with the healing process.

Shift: We are currently seeking a full time Foster Care Quality Assurance Specialist
The Work
- Monitoring of monthly quality and performance data
- Training and education for department staff as related to quality measures
- Facilitation of Adoption Subsidy activities
- Liaison work regionally and statewide
- Maintenance of adoption records
- Oversight of monthly case reviews and state mandated reviews through the CFSR process
- Recruitment of potential adoptive resources for agency
