Role Summary:
Load customer packages on a truck.
Move orders from picking to packing
Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner.
Cross train and perform duties in other areas
Support with other tasks as needed
Key Qualifications:
Must have an understanding of the English language and be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, work with a sense of urgency.
Demonstrated past performance containing high energy and delivering positive results
The incumbent is required to have sustainable physical requirements including but not limited to: standing for long periods of time (up to 12 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs repeatedly, manual dexterity of hands to process orders, push or pull up to 50 lbs - Must be able to hear equipment and warning signals
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Flexibility with regard to tasks and schedules.
Positive attitude.
Demonstrates enthusiasm in a team environment to deliver positive results
