Director, Quality Management System
This role will lead the development of a Quality Management System, IS0-9001 certification, and manage the Document Control function which includes product lifecycle, change control, sourcing control, system integration and Arena/PLM system administration.
This will be achieved by leveraging an understanding of best practices in Quality Management & Document Control systems, tools and concepts that drive a culture of Quality working in close partnership with our engineering and operations teams.
Responsibilities Include:
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of Quality or Regulatory Experience
• 5 years’ experience with Document Control including PLM system administration
• Familiarity and exposure to ISO requirements
• Manufacturing environment including ERP, PLM (Arena or Agile) experience
• ISO Auditor experience is a plus
• Highly organized collaborator
• Highly self-directed to achieve ambitious goals
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and influencing skill

Location
Sakuú’s culture is best experienced in person, and selected candidates will be expected to work onsite in our South San Jose location. Remote work schedules are not available.
The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $130,000 to $170,000. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, Sakuú offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
