Salad and Go is Hiring an Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Technician Near Garland, TX

Job DescriptionSalad and Go is seeking an Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Technician for our Food Production Facility.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, including but not limited to production, plumbing and refrigeration systems.
  • Preventive maintenance and utilizing CMMS system to track work orders and spare parts
  • Continuous improvement and identifying root cause of failures
  • Installation of new automated equipment and aiding in developing new PM program
  • Aid in documentation of PSM program and operating ammonia refrigeration room
Requirements
  • Maintenance experience in food manufacturing environment
  • Ammonia experience required 5 years
  • RETA (CIRO/CARO) Certification
  • Able to work in cold and wet environment (38-40 degrees) for multiple hours
  • Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse
  • Able to lift, bend and twist as well as standing on your feet throughout every shift
