POSITION OBJECTIVEWe are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Conference Services Manager. The Senior Conference Services Manager will oversee all aspects of conference and event planning and execution, ensuring a seamless, successful and luxurious experience for our clients. Essential Job Functions
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure the highest quality service for our clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their conference needs and objectives and provide customized solutions to meet their goals.
Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of conferences and events, including menu selection, catering details, audiovisual equipment, timelines, Group rooming lists and transportation.
Create and manage detailed budgets for conferences, ensuring adherence to financial goals. Maintain a current detailed account of groups performance both in sleeping rooms and food and beverage.
Oversee on-site execution of conferences, providing support and troubleshooting as needed.
Evaluate conference services performance and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experiences.
Create out-of-the box guest experiences and be a pivotal force in enhancing the hotel’s offerings.
