Your Role With Us:

Provide administrative data, analytic and strategic support to Nutrition Services leadership team including but not limited to managing monthly invoices, productivity metrics, Quality Management metrics, scheduling, patient satisfaction scores, LEAN projects, policy/procedure review and updates, employee engagement metrics and scores, budget analysis, recording meeting minutes, manages data bases, nutrition services software, and limited clerical duties. This position supports the Nutrition Services team by performing meaningful productivity abstraction from NUTS services software, data collection and entry, data review, auditing and reporting in a manner that provides transparency, demonstrating how we are doing and where there are opportunities for further quality improvements.

Background/Expertise:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree in computer science or related field preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare analysis either within service line or in finance department required
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in complex administrative job duties, with good familiarity of Word processing and spreadsheet applications required
