Your Role With Us:

The Nurse Manager of the Nursing Administration is responsible for the following functions:

Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Collaboration:

• Oversee day-to-day innovative initiatives to ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, department leaders, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop innovative strategies/initiatives across AHS, CC, Emergency, and House Operations divisions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Identify, develop, and implement innovative strategies and technologies to enhance clinical operations, improve patient outcomes, and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and pilot new clinical programs and initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Efficiency:

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve clinical and operational performance through innovative initiatives.
• Optimize resource utilization, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to ensure cost-effective operations.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain rigorous standards for patient safety and care quality.

Data Management & Analytics:

• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvements.

Background/Expertise:

• Requires a BSN and a minimum of three (3) years of acute care hospital experience.
• Basic Life Support required.
• AONE Cert Nurse Manager and Leader OR ANCC Nurse Executive - Required within one year of eligibility.
• Two (2) years of progressive leadership experience. Experience managing projects across multidisciplinary teams preferred.
