Under the direction of the Client Service Coordinator, the designated Operations Coordinator, and the Support Services Manager, Client Service Representatives perform a variety of support services to the laboratory.
Qualifications
Required :
Requires intense attention andconcentration. Ability to handle several processes concurrently. Ability to deal with a wide range ofpersonalities.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred :
- Medicalterminology preferred. Accurate typing skills, Hospital or physician officeexperience helpful.
- High school diploma or GEDpreferred
