Background/Expertise:

• Associate Degree of Nursing (ADN) - Graduate of a Diploma RN Program and at least 5 years of acute care RN experience ADN, BSN, non-nursing bachelor's degree with MSN, or MSN; preferred for West Valley Hospital. ADN graduate with less than 5 years of acute care experience required to sign agreement to complete BSN or MSN within 3 years of hire. Note: Employees hired as an ADN prior to October 2011 are not required to obtain BSN or MSN.
• Current unencumbered licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon.
• Minimum of one (1) year of RN Staff Nurse experience required, acute care RN Staff Nurse experience preferred.
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association required.
