THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOBLocation: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to support the company’s goals and initiatives
- Create, edit, and distribute content across various channels, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications
- Manage media relations, including drafting press materials, coordinating interviews, and building relationships with journalists
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on communication efforts and their impact
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and presentations
- Oversee the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking
- Manage the company’s internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and employee updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams
- Experience with media relations and knowledge of the media landscape
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for communication strategies
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus
