Sales Bizlab is seeking a friendly and efficient Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a strong communicator, and eager to help customers resolve their issues.

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

 Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about Sales Bizlab’s products and services.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and navigating the company's website.
• Document and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support the customer service team in achieving performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
