THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOBLocation: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems
- Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and conferences
- Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations
- Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus but not required
