THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOBLocation: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings and events
- Conduct research and compile information for reports and projects
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage but not required
