Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner
• Help develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals
• Conduct research on social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
• Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in planning and executing social media events and promotions
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and professional growth
