We are working with our client in Charlotte, NC to add a Senior Sales Account Manager to their team! This position is with one of the largest and fastest growing providers of MEP efficiency solutions in the USA. Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, and is ready to bring their sales and MEP knowledge to a growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Manage customer feedback for projects and keep detailed notes
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Proactively maintain long term relationships with your customers, keeping them up to date with updates in energy efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in industrial, construction or MEP industry
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
