Sales Search Partners is Hiring an Account Executive Near Philadelphia, PA
The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to handle all aspects of sales. This is a comprehensive role that includes responsibilities as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Net New Logo Account Executive (AE), and Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing leads through the entire sales cycle, prospecting and acquiring new clients, and maintaining and upselling to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prospect and acquire new clients to expand customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities for additional products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets (quota TBD).
- Handle deals ranging from $1k-$5k MRR with typical contract lengths of three years.
- Work remotely with occasional travel as needed.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the MSP or VAR industry.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a less structured environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
