Founded in 2017, my client operates under the belief that anyone calling for help deserves a warm voice and not a cold voicemail. They're a 24/7/365 inbound call answering service that partners with addiction treatment/behavioral health providers nationwide to ensure that no call from someone seeking help goes missed. This translates otherwise missed calls into 600 confirmed admissions per month.
My client is looking for a skilled and motivated Account Executive to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle in the addiction treatment space. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable working from home (but ideally located in San Diego, CA). Key Responsibilities

• Deliver persuasive and compelling messages to potential customers
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the addiction treatment industry
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, conduct demos, sign clients up for trials, and convert those trials to long term contracts
• Collaborate with account executives and/or CEO to ensure seamless customer experience
• Use CRM to track progress and maintain accurate records
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of full sales cycle experience within the technology, business services, or addition treatment/mental health industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM and Google Office Suite is nice to have
• Experience in the addiction treatment industry is a huge plus

Compensation:

• $75-85K Base Salary Commission (you should be able to double your salary)
