About The Role

• We are seeking a motivated and strategic Product Owner to join one of our agile scrum teams within the Product Organization. In this role, you will work closely with your dedicated team to deliver impactful AI solutions for sales teams. If you're passionate about AI, sales enablement, and collaborating in an agile environment, we'd love to hear from you.
  
  

What you"ll do

• Define and communicate the product vision and goals for your scrum team within the larger product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including engineering, design, and other product owners, to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Own and manage the product backlog for your scrum team, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications to guide the development process.
• Work closely with your scrum team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for your team's focus area.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Act as the primary point of contact for your scrum team regarding product updates and developments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with an emphasis on applications in sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with sales processes and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
