Company Overview:

Our client, based in South Florida, is a leading provider for FDA approved Low Level Laser Therapy devices (LLLT). Specializing in laser technology, our client addresses pain management needs through a network of authorized physicians. The laser pain management device is managed by a physician or medical center, offering effective treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve product sales to new and established accounts to meet sales objectives and increase market penetration.
  • Create and execute a plan to achieve sales and service customers within a prescribed territory.
  • Schedule appointments and conduct pre planned sales presentations to customers.
  • Make regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  • Develop customer and product-focused presentation packages for sales.
  • Prepare sales reports and required documentation.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and submit them to management.
  • Relay relevant market information to management.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Medicare Reimbursement Paperwork
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a medical sales representative.
  • Experience working with orthopedists and/or neurosurgeons
  • Minimum Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree
  • Background in outside sales account management and new business development.
  • Located in a densely populated area.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Medical Sales Representative, Insurance and Reimbursement experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle extensive paperwork.
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong work ethic and outgoing personality.
  • Demonstrates a positive outlook, is highly organized, and is a self-starter.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of business-to-business sales.
  • Highly effective communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with medical offices and clinics.
  • Ability to conduct in-service presentations and make routine sales calls.
  • Professional dress attire required.
  • Willingness to travel within Los Angeles area
