This Oregon-based firm is a global supplier of building and manufacturing products.Locally owned forover 40 years,they service a wide range of clientele from construction to industrial to hydroelectric.
They have an excellent reputation for customer service, and are looking to grow their sales support team.
JOB:
As a Support Specialist you will receive training to provide impactful administrative and customer support internally. This role reports directly to the CEO, collaborating with a small team of sales and warehouse professionals.
Day to day, you would help field inbound customer phone calls, communicate via to email, monitor delivery statuses, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional experience in sales, customer service, and/or administrative roles
- Experience working in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Must live in Oregon, open to working 3 days in office (Washington County) 2 days remote
