Customer Service Representative

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records

- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus

Experience:
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in outbound calling techniques
