Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Wireless Manager to oversee and coordinate wireless construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the construction industry, with expertise in various construction management software tools. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Duties
1. Interface with customers to maintain a healthy project pipeline
2. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets required for successful project completion. Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans.
3. Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability. Foster collaboration and communication among team members to optimize performance and productivity.
Develops and executes an efficient internal communication strategy with all levels of management.

5. Mentor and develop direct reports and identify high potential employees, managing, training, performance evaluation, problem resolution and build an effective dynamic team.
6. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with stakeholders and senior business leadership of departments and customers.
7. Skilled in formal project risk management, risk identification and assessment, responsive planning, and risk monitoring.
8. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues and conflicts with involved parties.
9. Ensure that Projects are aligned with agreed upon plans.
10. Execute each site from assignment to completion
11. Provide project management with customers and internal resources
12. Manage costs and budgets and provide reports to executive team
13. Obtains all necessary regulations and permits.
14. Writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.
15. Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.
16. Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
Requirements
. Bachelor’s degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related degree with 5 years in construction management experience. Or 10 years' work experience in a related industry of which 5 years are construction management experience.
2. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Outreach Training.
3. Construction Project Management Certification
4. Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
7. Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
8. High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
9. Strong leadership and management skills
10. Assumes responsibility for contribution to the success of major or multiple projects, and is periodically called upon to make decisions
11. Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline-oriented

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
