```Duties``` - Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including loaders, backhoes, tankers, dump trucks, graders, water trucks, and horizontal drilling equipment - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries - Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards - Collaborate with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project deadlines are met ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders, backhoes, tankers, dump trucks, graders, water trucks, and horizontal drilling equipment - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Proficient in operating Caterpillar equipment is a plus - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and project managers Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
