What You'll Contribute

The Associate, Data Management will be responsible for supporting our data management efforts, including data entry, validation, maintenance, and reporting.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in data entry and data maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Validate data to ensure quality and consistency, performing routine data checks and identifying discrepancies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures. Support database administration through patching and database version control .
  • Assist in the creation and generation of routine reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in the maintenance of data architectures, data models, and data dictionaries.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.
  • Basic understanding of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle and organize large volumes of data.
  • Familiarity with data entry and data validation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and data management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


Preferred education, skills, and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a data management role or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud database management. Snowflake preferred
