Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates and clerks
- Manage inventory control and ordering processes
- Implement strategies to drive sales and meet budget goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints
- Conduct wireless sales transactions accurately
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a wireless sales environment
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage store finances
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to oversee and train staff on store operations
- Proficient in inventory management and clerical duties
Nice-to-Have Skills:
-Cosmetology knowledge
