Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent. Prefer college BA/BS degree. At least two years of relevant experience
• CPR certification
• Must be in good mental and physical condition and willing to work with residents and participants
• Must have the ability to plan and organize programs geared to needs of all residents
• Must have a working knowledge of the specialized needs of the dementia residents
• Knowledge of basic fitness principles
• Former experience in fitness class performance in a variety of areas.
• Swim and exercise training/certifications preferred.
