Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled & passionate Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various beauty services & a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are a level & commission-based salon. Stylists will begin at an hourly rate appropriate to the level at which they are hired in at (based on experience & certifications) until commission reached.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of beauty services including haircuts, styling, coloring, & treatments
- Engage in retail sales of beauty products
- Upsell services & products to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs & preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of work area & work with team to complete salon duties

Requirements:

- Indiana Cosmetology License

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced, team environment

- Professional appearance & demeanor

- Willingness to further education
