Job Duties:
Front Counter: Basic to heavy/deep cleaning tasks will be required as a part of your day to day tasks - such as deep cleaning bathrooms (toilet and urinals), sweeping and mopping nightly, dusting, deep cleaning break room and supply room, and other various cleaning tasks.
You will also be working the cash register, offering customer service to all clients and customers, stocking products with possible light to heavy lifting. Multi-tasking, working well under pressure, working well in a team setting, having basic computer skills and basic phone skills is also required as this job is very fast paced.
Closed Sundays
Salt & Light Tattoo is closed on Sundays to ensure all staff has that day off to spend with family and friends.

Having been and continuing to be tattoo artist owned and operated since 2012, our team has grown substantially; we are looking for another customer service member to help assist and support our staff while simultaneously ensuring all customers and clients are well taken care of. We are looking for a pleasant front desk representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the counter of our entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going demeanor and will be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises. We are looking for a detailed oriented self-starter with the ability to adapt to change and learn new skills.
Previous customer service experience is required; however, we will train the right candidate on the specifics of the products we sell, as well as how to use our storefront's POS system, registers, emails and calendars.
