Saltie Girl, Kathy Sidell's Boston based high end seafood fine dining restaurant, is seeking full time Line Cooks to join our team.
The menu showcases an artful blend of New England and locally inspired seafood dishes with an emphasis on simplicity and flavor.
From the thoughtfully selected wines to the warm hospitality, Saltie Girl continues to set the standard for fine dining in Boston.
Ideal candidates will be passionate about food, wine, and creative hospitality. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills and will work well with colleagues, both front and back of house.
Furthermore, ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Kitchen service etiquette and mechanics along with an appreciation for the little things that add up to make for a great experience for their guests.
