Engagement Manager – Residential/Multi-Family
Are you an energetic and motivated individual looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment? SALTO Systems Inc. is seeking a passionate Engagement Manager, Residential/Multi-Family, to join our Business Development team in North America!
Role Overview: The Engagement Manager will focus on cultivating and expanding relationships within the Residential/Multi-Family community, supporting growth within existing key accounts while leveraging these relationships to identify and engage potential net new customers. This role involves representing the company professionally, ensuring high customer service levels, and building deep "Trusted Advisor" relationships with end users, consultants, and integrators. This positioning within the community allows the Engagement Manager to identify net new opportunities within their industry to be targeted by the Industry Leads. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Ultimately the Engagement manager is accountable for building a community that establishes Salto and Gantner as trusted brands and opens doors to new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships inside the Residential/Multi-Family community that foster opportunities for growth.
Act as a subject matter expert within your community, lead with a focus on sharing and nurturing to build long lasting, sustainable relationships.
Conduct regular meetings to discuss opportunities, address any issues, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the next actions. Ensure status of partnership is documented.
Plan, organize and execute strategic sales and marketing efforts: including trade shows, networking events and thought leadership engagements. Facilitate consumer focused initiatives that ensure value realization for our Key Accounts
Emphasize the importance of thorough documentation: document process flows, partnership expectations, key metrics and any combined actions. Efficient and effective use of Salesforce
Act as an escalation point for partners and our team to ensure Key Account support and advocacy.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Residential/Multi-Family industry.
Proven track record of cultivating and expanding relationships within the Residential/Multi-Family community.
Experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
Excellent networking skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Strong documentation skills to record partnership expectations, process flows, key metrics, and actions.
Comfort with technology and a creative mindset to leverage technological solutions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
