**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Cooks and Dishwashers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food safety, meal preparation, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the chef

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred

- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and knife skills

- Familiarity with catering or dietary department operations is a plus

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
