Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Associate to join our growing team at Saltwater. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in real estate, technology, and sustainability, and possess excellent financial analysis and research skills. This role will involve working closely with our team of Investment Managers to conduct due diligence, analyze investment opportunities, and make recommendations for potential investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market research and competitor analysis.

- Create detailed financial models and perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential investments.

- Work closely with Investment Managers to identify and assess investment risks and opportunities.

- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.

- Continuously monitor and track the performance of existing investments, providing regular updates to the team.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to real estate, technology, and sustainability.

- Attend conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to expand knowledge and build relationships within the industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

- 8 years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in real estate, technology or sustainability.

- Excellent analytical and research skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial software.

- Knowledge and understanding of real estate, technology and sustainability markets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

 Salary: $35,000 to $50,000 yearly
