Summary
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the Tooling department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Preparing quotes/orders for customers quickly and efficiently
• Physically placing production orders into the tooling production queue
• Preparing shipping documents for completed orders
• Responding to general customer service inquiries via email or phone
• Handling miscellaneous admin/office tasks assigned by the Tooling department manager
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient/accurate typing skills
