Sales Associate
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with purchases and process transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and effectively communicate them to customers
- Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and stocked with merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Utilize technology to support sales efforts, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic retail math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to adapt to new technology and learn about different product lines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or follow-ups
