About the Position
Salvi & Maher, LLP is seeking a Litigation Paralegal who will support our attorneys within the firm's litigation practice.
Essential Functions:
• Work alongside and assist paralegals with client communication and litigation workflow.
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
• Manage schedules of designated litigation attorneys.
• Record and maintain a record of client information.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents.
• Liaise with clients to gather and provide necessary information.
Qualifications & Requirements
• The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of paralegal experience with a focus on personal injury law.
• An associate's degree and/or a paralegal certification are preferred.
• Additional qualifications include excellent analytical and organizational abilities, solid communication skills, proficiency in using legal software, and the capacity for creative problem-solving.
• A passion for the law and a willingness to dive into a fast-paced team atmosphere.
