Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise
- Utilize excellent communication skills to provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a POS system
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of retail math principles for basic calculations
