Nature & Purpose of Position

Responsible for overseeing weekly small group sessions to discuss best practices for transfer student success.
Monitors student progress through regular check-ins to address emerging issues while promoting accountability and academic excellence.
Attends institutional recruitment events (e.g., Transfer Orientation, Saturday at Sam, etc.), to inform transfer students about program benefits and opportunities.
Assists with programs and events during National Transfer Student Week.
Performs other duties as assigned.
