Position is responsible for promoting the Sam Houston State University College of Education programs and brand awareness across multiple platforms.Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):Responsible for the creation of video, photo, and graphic design content for the College of Education and it’s programs. Collaborates with department administrators in the production of content. Documents college events and activities through the creating and curating of photos and video content. Creatively thinks and translates ideas into sharable content that connects with target audiences. Assists with development of content strategy across relevant channels. Shares created digital content through various social media platforms. Utilizes modern design aesthetics, information, and public design. Responsible for design in Adobe Creative Suite. Performs the planning and producing of photo/video shoots and completes all post-production processing. Works creatively under the pressure of short deadlines. Maintains camera equipment and makes recommendations regarding photographic equipment and supplies as needed. Trains others in job tasks pertinent to photography/videography/design. Maintains records and prepares reports and correspondence. Adheres to University branding guidelines. Performs other related duties as assigned.
