What you'll do...
The Senior Manager of Planning & Strategy, Digital Engagement at Sam's Club is an important part of our organization. This role is as an individual contributor role, with no direct reports. You will have the responsibility of creating strategic plans and partnerships that enhance member adoption of digital shopping tools, promoting meaningful interactions that build trust, increase customer satisfaction, and contribute to omnichannel sales growth. You will understand digital marketing, technology stacks, and best practices in mobile apps and ecommerce. The primary focus is on growing digital engagement by encouraging members to download and transact through our mobile app. You will have a background in digital marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven strategies to increase member interactions and transactions through the app. You will report to the Sr. Director Marketing Planning & Strategy. You will be based on-site at our Sam's Club headquarters located in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
