Description

We are looking for a highly-motivated B2B and B2C Marketing Manager to support product marketing at Tacheny Exteriors. You will play a significant role in the overall direction and success of marketing activities that create awareness and drive sales. You will have the ability to create and execute marketing plans, collateral and content that support business objectives and revenue goals.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a company that is in growth-mode, working with fun people and great clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, is digital-savvy, and has strong tactical execution skills. This is a hybrid position within Oakdale, MN.

Requirements

  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals. Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage with our target audience, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to our website.
  2. Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and infographics, landing pages, to captivate our audience and convey our brand message effectively. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target market (skilled with Wordpress, Adobe, and other marketing software applications.
  3. Community Management: Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Cultivate relationships with followers, influencers, and industry partners to expand our reach and enhance brand advocacy.
  4. Marketing Funnels: Develop and optimize marketing funnels to guide prospects through the buyer's journey, from awareness to conversion. Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through various digital channels, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and lead magnets. Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads, ultimately converting them into customers.
  6. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, seasonal promotions, and special events. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI.
  7. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth. Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences.
  8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and other internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  9. Budget: Oversee marketing budget and spend within budget guidelines, adjusting spend when needed to direct towards other marketing avenues.

Qualifications:

  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
  • Manage social media channels and online reputation
  • Analyzing website conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales.
  • Develop and manage activity dashboard reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
