Job Description - Digital Project Coordinator

Job Type – Full Time, 40 hours a week

Pay – $20.00/hr

Sam The Concrete Man is the #1 concrete franchisor in the U.S. We facilitate operations, marketing, and communication in-house, at our facility located in Centennial, CO. Sam The Concrete Man strives to be the leading provider of high quality concrete services, while helping all our franchise owners achieve their personal and financial goals.

Day-to-day operations include moderating and facilitating conversations around STCM’s products or services on social media and other digital spaces as defined. Working to develop, create, foster, and improve digital communities built around the brand. Working directly with the Contact Center to qualify and schedule estimates from a digital space with some phone communication.

Responsibilities

· Respond to social media direct messages using CRM HubSpot

· Qualify leads

· Schedule estimate appointments in our CRM ServiceMinder

· Communicate with and book customers using our phone system Vonage

· Work directly with Franchisees and Contact Center 

· Track messenger leads in HubSpot

· Record and report customer engagement

· Manage the website’s live chat feature that allows communication to specific locations.

· Manage correspondence via our company-wide email - Info@, Gmail and Yelp inboxes

o Reply to and schedule customers

o Sparce out emails to proper Project Coordinators

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a customer phone support role, chat support, or other high volume customer service roles

· Ability to communicate effectively, with attention to detail. You must deliver customer-centric solutions while achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, specifically Hubspot

· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

· Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Experience

· Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

· Customer Service Phone/Chat: 2 years (Preferred)

· Phone/Chat Soft Skills: 2 Years (Preferred)

· Basic Computer/CRM Management: 2 Years (Preferred)
